Cho - La Pass Trekking - known as Everest Circuit trek , is also one of the most common, popular and adventurous treks in the Everest region. Passing through the villages of the legendary Sherpa people, situated at the foothills of the highest peak, Mt. Everest (8848m.), this trek leads you to the Gokyo Lake which is situated in the west of the Everest Base Camp.It gives you the benefit to summit Gokyo Peak (5483meters) offering a fantastic panoramic view of Cho Oyo, Everest and Makalu. This route follows via high pass of Cho La( 5330 m.) into the Base Camp of Mount Everest and climb up Kalapathar, too.

This unique trek begins from Kathmandu, the Capital of Nepal. We take an exciting mountain flight to Lukla from Kathmandu or drive to Jiri and start the journey up to the destination. We walk through the Dudh Kosi Valley which is surrounded by the soaring peaks of Thamserku and Kusum Kanguru. When we leave the Dudh Kosi valley the way is a steep ascent to Namche Bazaar - hub of the Khumbu Sherpas where we are again greeted by spectacular views of mountains. While a rest day here aids acclimatization there are great optional walks to enjoy the area.

We cross the Cho-La pass, and return back to Lukla via the route of Everest Base Camp and Kalapathar to Tengboche monastery, Khumjung village, Namche Bazar and Lukla. Our Cho la Pass trekking is a fabulous trek that offers exciting and breathtaking views of mountain and an insight into the lives of the Sherpa people and their old ages culturs and traditions.

While passing the way views of Everest get closer day by day. This eye-catching trek leads both Everest Base Camp(5310m) lap of Everest and Kala Pathar (5555m) where is the best recognised view-point to see Mount Everest.
